Based in Philadelphia, i'm on a mission to help you use fitness as a method of empowerment:

expand.
explore.
Experiment.

Divorce Dogma. Cultivate Curiosity.

If you've been around here for a while, you know I'm big into exploration.

Experimentation.

Using fitness as a means of empowerment: for getting honest about who you are, for getting clear on what you want, and, ultimately, for getting to know yourself.

We’re urged toward dogma. Ads and commercials and authority figures scream that there is one path to success and one best way to go about it, and theirs reigns supreme. We believe what we’re told, constructing a timeline, molding our lives around it, rubbing our noses raw on the grindstone.

When was the last time you looked up?

Any goal – career goals, relationship goals, physique goals, financial goals – can be accomplished via myriad methods. There’s almost never ONE concrete path. Stepping over the guardrails doesn’t equate to instant death.

There’s room for YOU here.

You can inject your personality and your preferences into just about everything you do.

You can design an exercise and nutrition program to which you look forward; you can architect a life you want to live.

Lifting our heads up to see the sun shines a light on our oft-neglected souls. Deep down, we know what’s best for us. We can choose to trust ourselves on our paths and consider that for which our souls long: the room to be free and express ourselves on our unique course to success.

Divorce dogma. Cultivate curiosity.
