Based in Philadelphia, i'm on a mission to help you use fitness as a method of empowerment:

expand.
explore.
Experiment.

What's in it for You?

What's in it for You?

While I find nothing inherently wrong with the pursuit of physique goals (and I'm not interested in telling you what to choose for yourself), I would like to look back on my life someday and say I was striving for more than just an ideal body.

I'm on a neverending quest for joy. I want to recall the feeling - the light, breezy rush - of freedom that flows through my veins when I dive headfirst into a new strength challenge, or when I take a risk in fully showing up and letting my genuine self shine. I want to know for an indisputable fact that I made friends with myself, and that I used the calling placed on my soul to bring light to those who cross my path.

When I ask myself why I lift or eat the way I do - when I consider what I'm hustling for - I put my finger on the pulse of those feelings.

If any of my endeavors (in fitness or otherwise) don't inspire feelings of empowerment, liberation, a little fear, and a lot of joy, it's not for me.
