Has Your Body Changed? Read This.

Bodies change.

At present, you find yourself in the midst of circumstances that supply different stressors, different time constraints, and different desires than those of the ghosts of circumstances past.

The you in November 2018 is facing new, more creative demons than the you of July 2012. Her armor is not the same, because it's required to be different. You've leveled up. There's always a learning curve.

Whether you're bigger, smaller, tighter, looser, or any other -er, you're more you. You're wiser. You're more nurturing. You're more courageous.

You've had to be.

Pining for the body that carried you through high school is a waste of time. That iteration served her purpose, but you're here now.

Your body is allowed to change (and it will).

Give it permission.

Cast off the shackles keeping you chained to popular diet culture telling you you're not good enough as is, and slink into what fits you better: the belief that you are, and always have been, more than your body.

xoxo,
Steph
